TCYSA   Tioga County (NY) Youth Soccer Association

The SCHEDULES have been finalized for our Fall 2011 season.  Owego and Tioga/Nichols lost their playing fields in the recent floods, so their home games have been moved to other towns.  All our young players are looking forward to getting out there and HAVING FUN on the soccer pitch!

What We Do

We are a non-profit organization providing an opportunity to over 800 youngsters in Tioga County, NY to enjoy recreational soccer every autumn.  Teams are based in six areas:  Apalachin, Owego, Newark Valley, Tioga/Nichols, Spencer/Van Etten, and Candor.  No scores or standings are kept, and the emphasis is on developing soccer skills, good sportsmanship, and having FUN!

Team Age-Groups

All teams are co-ed and are based on the following age-groups:

6/7 year-olds

8/9 year-olds

10/11 year-olds

12/14 year-olds

Some towns also offer Kindersoccer for 5 year-olds.
